In 2004 The Roosters were the beneficiaries of an anonymous donor of $165,000 in unsold school age children’s clothing. The Roosters didn’t hesitate. They contacted seventeen different charity organizations in Orange County, arranged for the storage of the clothing, rented fork lift trucks to move the clothing which was stored on large pallets, set up 25 tables to separate the clothing by size, and in one day the clothing was on it’s way to those deserving but less fortunate children. This year we will repeat this process in June or July of 2005.
