	Roosters Foundation Holiday Food Drive 2008

	The Roosters Food Drive will be held December 2008 - 8:30 a.m. to noon 18850 Douglas Drive , Irvine , CA 92602

	$25.00 won't buy very much gas but through special donations and purchasing it is enough to feed a family of eight over the Christmas Holiday. The box of food donated by The Roosters and their friends like Gelson's Markets will renew a family's spirit during the holiday season. In 2007, the Sunday before Christmas the Roosters invested over $52,500 and packed over 2,100 boxes loaded with a turkey, plus sundry other food and toys for those less fortunate. With clockwork precision and two assembly lines the Roosters packed and distributed those 2,100 boxes of food in less than four hours. For eleven years The Roosters have been reaching out to those less fortunate families in need over the Holiday Season. Roosters are a community partner along with 34 other agencies reaching out to hungry and destitute families. Every time we help the spirit of a broken family is a step up in helping them become productive members of society.
